3. Medical Disclaimer

DoctorTest services are provided for informational and consultation purposes only. The services are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. All doctors are licensed medical professionals, but services provided are consultation-based and not emergency care.

• For medical emergencies, please call emergency services or your nearest hospital.
• Patients must disclose all relevant medical history and current medications.
• Doctor recommendations should be followed up with appropriate specialists if advised.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during bookings
• Ensure the patient is available at the scheduled time and location
• Provide clear instructions and access to the home
• Disclose all relevant medical conditions and medications
• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance if needed

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Users may cancel visits with at least 24 hours notice for a full refund or service rescheduling.

No-Show Policy: If a patient is not available at the scheduled time without prior notice, the visit fee is non-refundable.

Rescheduling: Reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Payment Terms

Payment Methods: Payment can be made through WhatsApp, bank transfer, or at the time of visit.

Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes as mentioned on our website.

Refunds: Refunds are issued within 7 business days for canceled visits with proper notice.

7. Service Area

DoctorTest currently operates in Kolkata and nearby areas. Exact service availability depends on doctor schedules and location proximity. Travel charges may apply for locations outside standard service areas.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the DoctorTest website, including logos, text, images, and design, are the property of DoctorTest or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

DoctorTest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
